PUBLIC ORDER GLOVES

This glove is one of a range of high quality protective Public Order gloves
manufactured in the UK. Model V2226B is designed to offer the wearer a
high degree of protection against various hazards encountered in Public
Order incidents and training. It is manufactured under the quality controlled
environment of BS EN ISO 9001.

V2226B is not designed to offer wearer a high level of protection against cuts
and slashes, for which BEATSAFE range of slash-resistant leather gloves
are recommended.

Technical Specifications
Components:    V2226B incorporates a cut and flame-resistant lining manufactured on an  electronically
                           controlled knitting machine and contains fire-retardant padding on the back of the hand
                           and fingers.
Leather outer:   Black water/heat-resistant cowhide. Thickness of leather 0.75 mm - 0.9 mm.
Lining Material: Seamless flame and cut-resistant Kevlar^® & Nomex^® III lining in a terrycloth construction.
                           Areal density = 630 gm².  
Padding Material: Back of hand: 13 mm fire-retardant foam to BS5852 Part 2.
Fingers:             Fire-retardant wool to BS EN 531.
Thread:              Sewn with flame-resistant Nomex^® thread.
Size Range:      Small, Medium, Large & X-large 
care:                  Clean the outer shell with solid toilet soap, rinse well and then dry away from direct heat.
                           Polish with a clear silicone wax polish to maintain water-resistance and appearance.
