The CT-6 Traction Splint is a new development in the use of Carbon fibre in emergency traction, helping not
only to make the product lightweight (weighs less than 455g) but also gives it strength. It has a 4:1 ratio tension
for easy infinite adjustment and quick cleat design for securing. The modular design allows for use with an Adult
or Paediatric patient. The CT-6 Splint comes in a bag no bigger than 25cm x 10cm.
Fast Set-3 Moldable Splint
The FS-3 is an innovative splinting product. The core material is a water activated, polyester material which may
be formed to a rigid splint in under three minutes. The core material is covered with a hydrophilic cloth that wicks
away moisture from the skin. The FS-3 allows the first responder to immobilize extremities in the field in a fast

SAM Pelvic Sling™
The SAM Pelvic Sling™, the first force controlled pelvic belt. With its patented Autostop buckle, the SAM Pelvic Sling™
cannot be over tightened. Circumferential force is exactly maintained at a safe and scientifically proven effective level.
The SAM Pelvic Sling™ can be quickly applied (usually in less then one minute) and is sized to fit (without cutting or
trimming) 95% of the adult population. It is very easy to operate, eliminating any guess work. It is durable i.e. not affected

SAM® SPLINTS
The SAM® SPLINT is built from a thin core of aluminum alloy, sandwiched between two layers of closed-cell foam.
The SAM® SPLINT is extremely pliable. Bent into any of three simple curves, it becomes extremely strong and
supportive for any fractured or injured limb.
The reason lies in the physics of curved surfaces—the same physics that allows skyscrapers and bridges to be built
of I-beams and hollow columns rather than heavy steel pillars. A flat piece of sheet metal bends easily, but if you mold
it into any of several “structural curves,” it becomes much more rigid. Many such curves are possible, but for splinting
with the SAM® SPLINT, you need only three basic curves. With these, you can convert a simple SAM® SPLINT into
something so strong that people have even used it as an emergency canoe paddle or snow shovel. That’s more than
strong enough for any conceivable splinting need
At the same time, the SAM® SPLINT is extremely moldable, and soft enough to cut with ordinary household scissors.
The result: with the proper choice of curves outlined in the training guide, almost any bone in the body can be splinted.
It’s even possible to use the SAM® SPLINT to create an emergency cervical collar for neck injuries
